WHAT IF A TEQUILA BRAND

CHECKED INTO
IBIZA?

I originated and led Patrón × Beat Hotel, creating a cultural partnership people wanted to enter—not simply another branded activation they happened to see.

MUSIC.
FOOD.
COCKTAILS.
NIGHTLIFE.

The situation

Patrón already had awareness, premium credentials and beautiful experiences. The opportunity was to create something with genuine cultural credibility: a world the brand could belong to, not simply sponsor.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Find a world the brand
could credibly add to.

01 / The idea

Patrón ×
Beat Hotel.

I originated the partnership between Patrón and Beat Hotel, with the ambition of creating a cultural platform rather than another piece of branded experiential.

Instead of putting Patrón branding around someone else’s event, the aim was to make the brand part of the experience itself.

A multi-day world of music, food, cocktails, conversations, hospitality and nightlife across Ibiza—with Patrón woven naturally throughout it.

The brand didn’t need to shout louder.
It needed to earn its place in the room.

03

Cocktails

Patrón served as part of the occasion.

03 / My role

Make the original idea
survive reality.

I originated the partnership and led it from development through delivery, holding a significant team effort together.

  1. 01Originating and developing the Patrón × Beat Hotel partnership
  2. 02Setting the strategic ambition and role for Patrón
  3. 03Leading the relationship with Beat Hotel
  4. 04Leading Patrón’s agencies and internal stakeholders
  5. 05Shaping the experience and activation programme
  6. 06Connecting brand, advocacy, cocktails, hospitality, talent and content
  7. 07Protecting the cultural credibility of the partnership
  8. 08Holding multiple workstreams, timings and delivery together
04 / The breakthrough

THE PARTNERSHIP
WAS THE
BRAND EXPERIENCE.

“WHERE CAN WE
PUT PATRÓN?”

“WHAT CAN
PATRÓN ADD?”

The numbers matter. But the bigger achievement was creating something people actively chose to participate in, photograph, talk about and share.

People first.
Brand naturally within it.

What it taught me

The best partnerships
don’t start with reach.
They start with permission.

Find a world your brand has a credible reason to participate in, work out what you can genuinely add to it, and reach tends to become a consequence rather than the objective.

Don’t sponsor culture.
Give it something worth having.
